Membership is needed to keep track of bids earned, track bidding history for the current prize, and to be eligible to win.
Is there an age restriction to bid on WinRegina.com?

To be eligible for prizes, you must provide a valid email address, full name and mailing address. For your protection, we will not sell or share any of your personal information to any other party. We hate spam just as much as you do!

Yes, you must reside in Regina or surrounding area (within 70km radius from Regina ) to be eligible to win.
Will my name be displayed on the website?
All prize winners must agree that their real name and photos be displayed on the winner section of the website.
Can more than one person be registered at the same mailing address?

Does it cost money to bid?
No, all bids are 100% free.
After you have registered for an account, you can start bidding. To bid, you simply enter the amount you would like to bid, and then select the bid button. Remember, all bids are free. You are not actually bidding real money. The goal is to find the lowest bid that no other member has bid.
becoming a member earns you sign-up bids
referring friends (2 bids per referral, up to 2 referrals per day = 4 bids total)
free hourly bids (1 bid each hour, maximum 10 times per day = 10 bids total)
mystery hour (5 bids, must be logged in)
posting messages in the forum (1 bid per message)
NOTE: You must be logged into your account in order to earn bids.
How many bids can I place?
You can place as many bids as you have earned during the day. For example, if you have earned 20 bids, you can bid 20 times. Keep in mind that you can't have more than 50 bids at once, so make sure to use some of your bids before earning any more.
Is Group Bidding allowed?
Group bidding is absolutely forbidden on WinRegina.com. If there is more than 2 people bidding per location, or if more than 2 users are collaborating bidding information, then all accounts will be banned without notice. Consider this your first warning!
Can I redeem my bids for cash?
No, bids do not have any monetary value. Bids are used for the sole purpose of winning
prizes on WinRegina.com
What do you mean by the lowest unique bid?
The lowest unique bid is the lowest bid that only one member has entered. For example, $0.01 is the lowest bid, but if more than one person has bid that amount, it is not a unique bid.
How do I know what amount I’ve already bid?
Your bidding history will be displayed, for only you to see, under "My Rank".
Will others know what I have bid?
Only you will know what you have bid. The leading bidder's name will be displayed, but not what they bid.
What does ‘My Rank’ mean?
'My Rank' tells you what position you are in for the bidding.
What does knock out mean?
When you enter a bid that only one other member has entered, you knock out their unique bid and automatically earn a free bid!
What does a unique bid mean?
A unique bid is a bid that only one person has entered.
If I have unique bids, will I automatically have a ranking?
You have to be in the top 50 to show up in the rankings. If you do not appear in the ranking, it means that there are at least 50 unique bids that are lower than yours. Try bidding lower to change your rank.
Will my bids carry over onto the next day?
Yes your bids will carry over to the next day, however you can only have a maximum of 50 bids at once. Bids earned over the limit are lost.
Example: If you have 48 bids and earn 5 bids for the Mystery Hour, you will receive 2 bids (taking you up to the limit of 50) and lose 3. You can't have more than 50 at once, so make sure to use some of your bids before earning any more to avoid this situation.
How many bids can I save up?
The maximum amount of bids one can save is 50 bids.
I have 50 saved bids, but I am not earning anymore bids, why is that?
In order to earn more bids, you have to use up some or all of your existing saved bids.
I have a promo code for 50 bids and 20 bids in my balance. Does that mean I will have 70 bids to use?
You can use all 70 bids, but in order to use the promo code for 50 bids, you must use up the 20 bids in your balance before you redeem your promo code for 50 more bids.

How will I be notified when I win?
Winners will be notified via email and displayed on the website within one business day of the contest ending.
If I’ve won a prize, do I have to pay what I bid?
No, all prizes are free, regardless of what you bid. Free means Free.
Winner(s) must pick up their prize from the offices of GB Internet Solutions Inc. (#140 - 2 Research Dr, Regina, SK) within 10 business days from notification.
When the contest is over, when does the next contest start?
When a contest comes to an end, a new one begins immediately.
